      - A good company to work for overall, with a strong culture influenced by German values. - Prioritizes important aspects expected from a responsible employer. - Encourages healthy work-life balance. - Provides many opportunities to work on real industry needs with scope for innovation. - Historically offered attractive long-term bonuses.

      Cons

      The long-term bonus benefit, which was a strong differentiator, is now being gradually phased out. As attrition rate are very low, you will find many old people at senior level, hence less chance to grow for a senior person. They are reducing the WFH now days. Salaries are average.
