      Not all managers are created equal; not all teams are as happy as they should be. Look for team culture in addition to corporate culture.

      Pros

      Siemens has been around for a while. They are established and this stability shows. PTO is more then generous and overall a very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Most people who work here have been with the company for 20+ years and are very much set in their ways. This makes it difficult for younger people to get excited about working here.
