      Pros

      They do pay well- they have to considering you will probably have a nervous breakdown working there.

      Cons

      Gossipy mean spirited people. Management totally clueless and workload balancing is a concept foreign to this company. This is a place where you better watch everything you do, and trust NOONE. Keep all your personal business to yourself because if you don't, trust me, those you think you can trust are just sharpening the sword waiting for the right time to stab you in the back.

      Sorry I'm only given so much for increases each year

      * Great team atmosphere even when stuck working from home * Customers in all sorts of industries * You never stop learning

      Cons

      * In a year of record profits we are told there isn't money for increases more than half the inflation rate * Pre Covid services personal were expected to travel just about every week and now in Covid you are expected to be available all hours

      Everyone knows the company's name and even giggle (at least internally) when they hear it

      Cons

      You are treated as an irresponsible child and a cog with no future. You are treated roughly equal to a fax machine (yes, I said fax machine because they still use them at Siemens, seriously!). Side note: Core business revenue is flat or declining. Their only path to meeting earnings targets is acquisition.
