      Pros

      Anyone can get in since they're always looking for pple because everybody leaves after a while.

      Cons

      Some of the managers act like a gang members and make a small circle arround them like they were the ownwers and other cant strive in the company. And a lot of Back bitting among the employees. They lack professionnalism.
