Benefits are good. Pay is ok .

Cons

Worst team culture at Siemens BP buffalo grove. DO NOT work for them for the sake of your Well being and sanity even if they offer you million dollars. VCL BP is the worst department and is run by micromanager . Some of the team members are the worst people to work with. Not at all recommending anyone to work in their Supply chain group.
