      Very professional, great work-life balance, full freedom to work on-site, remote or hybrid. Above average salaries.

      Cons

      Only con is the technology used and the learning curve. Opportunities are very limited outside the company due to C++ being niche in the market. Head count positions are very limited and the salary difference between contractors and head count.
