Management will lie and say they will put you on courses to bump you up a grade only to withhold courses and promotions, they don’t promote people who have been there for years but take people on who’ve never worked within the industry on at top grade? Minor infractions are met with PIP’s while supervisors are ok to make potential life threatening mistakes and it gets swept under the rug. Only processes followed here are the ones that benefit them NEVER expect the benefit of the doubt or anyone from the management team to be either helpful or on your side.
