      Buy and sell leave, 4/5 days on/off. 30% shift bonus added onto base salary.

      Poor upper management , staff levels low. Staff retention poor. Paid significantly less than other rail companies.

      perfect work-life balance but panders to woke culture

      Very good managers that do not micro manage and consistently check up on you to see if you need something or are having any struggle.

      Cons

      Constantly talking about DIE policies and woke culture. Equity policies say they have to pay everyone equally, so competent people always end up leaving.
