      Sometime flexible schedule and PTO

      Cons

      Company tends to favor people with Visas and promote those group as well! It used to be in Programming jobs, but now any Engineering or Management roles majorities are Visa holders! You gotta be either someone with 15+ years of experience to get promotion or have 2+ years of experience and hold a visa!
