      - opportunity to get a job even without any previous experience in IT - robust processes

      Cons

      - very loud open space - low salary - meetings in late hours if working for US customers - unfair work distribution - I worked on a team with a colleague who was 63 and probably had early onset dementia. I had to do all the work myself and decided to quit after 4 months. - managers have only time for employees that are in the same location as they are - practically no career growth, no budget for education
