      Toxic culture and discriminatory if you are non-German working in Germany

      Statutory health and pension benefits, holidays and personal time off

      Cons

      Hard to progress if you are a non-german (in Germany). No promotion. They just create a more senior job vacancy then hire their within circle of "work friends". Publish internal jobs but in reality, they already have someone lined-up for it, so even you're more than qualified, you don't have a chance to get the job.

      Pros

      Great Specialist, respectful office environment, and some good management.

      Cons

      Too much turnover leads to changes in the day-to-day of the workers. Job requirements changed in just a year of being with the company on top of the overwhelming attention and stress brought on by utilization quotas. Too much management causes utilization goals for the lower levels to be extremely high to the point of driving away good talent.

      Very good school to learn a lot of skills. Good environment some times. Hybrid working hours.

      Cons

      Pressure from managing board most of the time. Ad hoc project at the last moment. Go a live towards for not ready projects.
