      Pros

      Working at Siemens gives good satisfaction of work culture. Good perks and benefits, Working cross-teams and cross-culture. Developing new products from scratch. Worked on lot of new things for expertise.

      Cons

      Management level decisions are very worse. Annual salary increase is horrible. I can say disastrous, not even at par with market conditions, feels underpaid at SIEMENS. Lot of work to handle, that's fine, but not getting employee satisfaction. Region salary difference. Health care not very good. Never got a new laptop since the day I joined. Productivity is hampered when doing something. Not allowed to take lead on certain areas of expertise. Job description was required 4-5 years, but when I join they treat as entry level.
