Pros
-Great office space. -Close to where I live. -Free coffee (though no decaf) -Flexibility to develop as you wish -Free parking under a garage -Near a pretty good town -Minimal office politics.
Cons
-Management only cares about keeping number of defects down and number of hours down with little to no nuance beyond that. -They add in wild safety policies that are much to easy to exploit -Very little investment in effective training or learning activities: they only provide $5000 a year for education, and you can't do full-time education. -Despite statements to the contrary, they do not value work life balance and frequently expect you to work late and give no leniency. -Higherups are constantly breathing down your neck. -Make us go into the office, yet people have been getting Covid while in the office.
