Flexible work environment, interesting technology development, many different products and positions enables easy moves to new responsibilities, international company, has awareness of and attempts to improve gender equality in leadership positions.

Cons

Top-heavy organization: lots of managers, not a lot of people doing the work. Teams in different continents can make projects difficult to progress.

This Company Has Zero Concept of Lean and Cares Little about their EMployees

Pros

Excellent compensation. Benefits were OK, not as good as they should be for a multi-billion dollar a year company.

Cons

No concept of Lean. The plant managers attitude is "get the product out the door". Regardless of quality issues or how many times a part has to be reworked. Doesn't care that Lean can fix all the problems of poor quality and not shipping on time. Supervisors address issues with middle management and their response is "That's your problem not mine", (Direct Quote). Zero culture and no values.
