Not the best location, Many parts of the organisation are "old-fashioned" Old, male dominated exec's Like to keep staff in comfort zone rather than push into new challenges Lacks younger staff

Poor leadership, matrix organization, zone and branch management driven by bonus, HR shows favoritism, and is there to protect certain management, secretive and non transparent work environment, when change occurs, the rollout process is terrible. Over work employees and bribe them with higher pay to get them to stay. Loss of very good talent in the last 2 years and continuing to occur. Treats long term 20+ years employees poorly, forced many into early retirement.
