Pros

Pension scheme is good as they match your contributions. Holiday entitlement. Fellow colleagues, Health and safety of employees is good.

Cons

Backwards thinking. One rule for factory workers and one rule for office / management. Site run at a loss as all profits are channelled to Germany and then they use this as a reason to drive more efficiencies through meaning job cuts and poor work life balance. Banked hours were first used as extra holiday now used as as a redundancy weapon against factory floor staff.
