Pros
Fantastic products and customer service have resulted in an excellent industry reputation. Great colleagues and a real emphasis on communication throughout the business.
Cons
Development is only available to you if you are one of the chosen few. Pets are promoted, hard workers are not necessarily rewarded. Mentor schemes are available but almost impossible to secure (unless you have someone to sort it for you) Great company if you have a network, no development opportunities otherwise.
