Get to try multiple roles, explore multiple cities, and meet a bunch of people along the way. With a large company like Siemens, this networking will be invaluable throughout your career.

Cons

Rotational program along two years. Roles can lack ownership. You have to move on as soon as you start really understanding your role.

Pros

Pay was great, but get what you want at the beginning because there will not be many raises in your future despite your merit. Benefits would have me back @ the company in a heartbeat best I've ever had.

Cons

The only way you'll move up is to leave for a year or so, then return. I was given Sr Level responsibilities but was never promoted from Tech Level I (they have 4 levels). I quit then came back after 3 years to over double my pay and Sr. Tech status. Then I attempted to move to a supervisory role and was denied 3 times due to technicalities. 1 year later, I'm interviewing for 2 levels above my previous status.
