Passive aggressive. Management is massively political. Germany calls all the shots. They stress cost cutting. None of sr. managers live in ATL. CEO flies in from FL, CFO from CA, HR from FL, CEO from TX, Pres from MI, Legal from IL. Seriously?

Skilled professionals potentially leaving the company due to frustration over perceived nepotism in promotions. Projects suffering due to the assignment of roles and the position based on connections rather than competence. Demotivation and discontent experienced by non-favored employees who witness preferential treatment! When promotions seem influenced more by similar backgrounds than by merit, trust in leader diminishes, hindering the open communication necessary for a vibrant workplace!
