      Pros

      Staff is multicultural and friendly. Evening or weekend work is usually not needed or requested, and there is flexibility for your working hours. Work-life balance definitely exists. You will get a small raise every year if the company can afford it. Bonuses are rare. The benefits are quite good, you can include your family and get life insurance, disability insurance. long term care, and 401K match on top of the usual health benefits.

      Cons

      Little to no training is provided for the job you are hired for. The company does not really promote career development, unless you take action yourself you may do the same kind of job until you retire. Training, if any, is provided within the company. It is still a mystery to me what is being considered when it comes to promotions, but skills does not seem to be a part of it.

      Pros

      High quality products that I was proud to sell. Dedicated colleagues that worked hard and wanted to do the right thing for customers.

      Cons

      Many rigid processes made it hard to get things done quickly. Constant threat of layoffs and restructuring made it hard to feel that company was committed to employees.
