      I have worked at Siemens for a two year and it have been such a great experience thus far. While there have been many changes during the year, things that have gone unchanged are the professionalism of the staff, the beauty of the facility, the understanding of the leadership. The kind, caring, compassionate view by the company and it leadership towards employees is something that has always impressed me in the past and continue to impress me with each passing year. I am so proud to be an employee of an organization which stands by its promises its customers, vendors and employees’.” Siemens is “with you all the way”

      Pros

      Liberty to take decision in your field as per Co norms. Products are Good & Reliable. Innovative Company. Higher management always listens you. Socially very active Co. Personal care about your health & family. Enviorement for Ladies good. Technical Acedmy learning on products.

      Cons

      Middle management always plays politics. Engineering Co being run by commercials,( Hurdle in Sales ).. No voice for Sales requirement to have edge over competitors. Experience & Expertise ( Need of the hour ), in your field is not fully used. Seniors ( Middle Management ) takes ride on you & claims as achievers in front of Top Management, shows greenery only., away from reality. Regionalism & Lobbying. Ultrasound & C-Arm Business beyond their reach now. Individual Interest is greater than Co's Interest, employee serves Individuals not the Co. Left hand never knows what the right hand is doing, ( Hide & Seek ).. Lacking Team work by not sharing business information, specially senior Managers. Brand name by Channel partners being utilized for their other own business, specially Service. Managers Glove in hand with Service Franchises. Service in Dog's hand, keen only in figures, avoiding facts. No Worker, all are Boss, ( no co-operation among colegues ). More Bossism, please him do Buttering & get promotion.
