Pros
Obviously the pay and benefits are pros. Especially when they tell you about the bonus and commissions- that’s a lie. Other than the benefits there not much else.
Cons
The working environment is absolutely abusive. They bleed people like crazy and I should have see that as a sign. My boss at the time told me I needed to be working 60-80 hours a week to ensure I met the business targets. I was called rude names by other employees and managers knew but said it’s fine. They provide little to no training or support. It took over a year for them to define my territory so I was fighting against another sales person who had been in the territory for 20 years.
