Siemens invests a lot in its people on their training & development. A huge organization with sound systems and processes with the opportunity of working across the world. A good learning ground for entry level professionals.

Cons

Work-life balance is very disturbing and one's life long contributions to the company doesn't value at all. Industry experience is not widely applicable.
