Siemens is a good company to work for. They offer a very good benefits package and many job growth opportunities provided you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Siemens has consolidated sales support offices and cut many field sales positions. This has resulted in inadequate customer service and the abandonment of key growth territories where management deemed market share was too low.

Cons

Management style ranges from autocratic to supportive, depending on your boss. Morale among employees not always optimistic due to cutbacks during my time and unclear communication from management office.

benefits and excellent manager allowed significant self starting and self management of work. some very good people with whom to work.

Cons

too frequent and too many reorganizations - seems like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic instead of stopping and thinking about the North American market.
