      Pros

      It is part of a great parent company, Siemens, at least for the moment. In general, Siemens seems to represent intellectual honesty, mutual respect, and fairness. Sadly, with the rush to sell the Siemens Enterprise Communications business, management of that business has let go of those important attributes in the process of packaging the business for sale.

      Cons

      Upper management has become so busy with getting the business sold, it seems they will do anything to complete the transaction.

      Pros

      They are a very rich company so they pay well. We traveled a lot and got great gifts and bonuses. We were allowed to get any and all gadets we felt we needed for work.....EXCELLENT!!!

      Cons

      Not racially equal. Most senior staff are caucasian or of asian background. The few senior minority staff are not necessarily respected. It's a very clique'ish company so expect to only do lunch with your group if you want to be a team player. The Deerfield office has 250-300 employees so everyone knows everyone. Senior management pretty much calls the shots....don't expect to make change.
