Thought I was not an employee of Siemens,but want to share my struggle. Such a fraude company I have ever seen in my entire life. I got an offer from Siemens Mumbai after 2 round of face to face interview .the Hr was forcing me to join within 30 days, so anyhow I managed to release form my current orgn bfr 30 days & joining date was 20 April 2020 but due to covid they postponed joining date to 4 may as the date came closer I asked them abt joining then they said Siemens globally decided that they will not onboard new joiners now bcz of the sales volume gone down and there is no time line when we resuy the same .it was shocked for me bcz of there commitment I left my current job & now they r not onboarding me.I explain HR as well as the manager abt my condition,but they just ignored & no response I received from them.so just want to tell you guys don't just go by the name of the company, they are more cruel than any harmful animal.they don't think how that employee will survive in this pandamic suitation.

- some older project were uninteresting, you need to learn outdated technologies, which you will never use in your carrier again - processes take sometimes a long time, very limited agility, you just wait and wait and wait t - openspaces do not allow good focus - management does not listen to the voice of people - ok, they listen, but real actions are taken only rarely - average salary, just few benefits - really small or no contact with the customer - company is very large and reorganizes itself every 2 years - sometimes I was not able to remember my department name and org.structure - quite official atmosphere
