Great hands on training. Good benefits. Flexible.

Cons

To much pressure, not enough training on new technology. Micromanaging. No real field support other than colleges. Very fast paced.

- Good work life balance - Good feedback and rating system - WFH infra is good

Cons

- Compulsory shutdown in December (last week) gets deducted from your leaves - Leaves system is bad ( you earn 2 leaves every month) - The IT system is not great. Information is not available on how to go about things. There are too many processes and permissions required. And it is not smooth and very poorly managed. - The overall crowd (especially senior level) is not that sharp. The focus has been on product knowledge rather than overall technical knowledge and growth.
