Pros
The company has a very strong sense of values and culture that is felt thought out every interaction. Especially felt during the times of the pandemic, these values and the company's flexibility have made the transition to working from home one of the best experiences. The company really cares about their employees health and wellbeing as well as career advancement
Cons
Decisions are sometimes slow to be made, as it we tend to look for buy-in from all stake holders. Some of the time they are made on gut feel, rather than hard data which can be frustrating.
