      - The work feels very impactful - The work is complicated, which keeps me interested every day - Everyone is nice, humble, and smart - They care a lot about how to work best together - There is flexibility in how you like to work

      Cons

      - The pillars of the design team are a bit siloed and it can be hard to communicate across teams - Teams (different pillars) vary in size and maturity so how they operate varies - Operations vary across Salesforce and Slack, which can be confusing - While the team is 'diverse' by other companies' standards, the team is made up of only ~4% Black people

      Appreciate the transparent and authentic comms from Slack leaders especially during the period of harmonization with Salesforce Work life balance is the best I've seen I feel like I'm able to make an impact
