Pros

- Amazing Salesforce benefits, including unlimited PTO - Smart colleagues - Cool product features

Cons

- The new leadership is not great and a lot of the truly talented employees have left - Lots and lots of pivots and political bottlenecks from multiple stakeholders, resulting in many projects stopping and starting - Challenging to get a promotion

Pros

- You can say you have a corporate tech job - Education reimbursement to gain skills to apply elsewhere

Cons

- Slack culture is now practically non-existent - Slowing snuffing out remote opportunities, but won't openly communicate that to employees - Limited relocation opportunities for employees, unless you want to live somewhere exciting like Texas or Indiana. - Sudden or incomplete rollouts of Salesforce integrations without proper communication to the teams supporting them
