Pros

We use our own platform at Slack which not only empowers remote work, but allows us to still feel connected to our colleagues from potentially hundreds of miles away. Weekly skills development sessions keeps you accountable for career growth. Some companies only talk the talk when it comes to company culture, but Slack actually walks the walk. I have not come across one person who wasn't extremely welcoming and happy to help. Clear growth plans for career development with frequent check-ins to make sure you're on track to hitting your goals.

Cons

Onboarding remotely can be tough but that's the case for any company during the Pandemic.

Pros

It values the people the most. The tech stack is decent and the product is immensely popular.

Cons

No major cons. Given the wfh situation, it can be difficult to manage work life balance.
