Pros

-Best work/life balance I've experienced in my career. People here follow the "work hard, go home" philosophy. Everyone is incredibly focused and hard-working while in the office, and there isn't an expectation to be online in the evenings, weekends, or on vacation. -I genuinely enjoy the people I get to work with everyday -Feels great to work on a product that people love using -Stewart is a transparent, approachable, inspiring CEO -Culture places a huge emphasis on diversity and belonging -Fantastic benefits - example: Slack covers 100% of employee & their dependents' premiums

Cons

-As we've grown we've added a number of people who specialize in their work - there are pros and cons to this. If your work is dependent on someone else who doesn't pull their weight, you're in a tough spot.
