Pros

Warm, thoughtful people who encourage flexibility and honest communication. New CEO Lidiane Jones seems to be carrying the torch passed from Stewart Butterfield admirably, both as a business tactician and a human being.

Cons

Since the acquisition by Salesforce, there's been a slow but steady erosion of the things that made Slack unique. This includes intangibles like "culture" and things as specific as benefits offerings. The physical office spaces are fine but lack certain basic business peripherals (don't forget your laptop charger).
