Very experienced management Well thought out platform and customers that love the product Fast paced. The company handles change thoughtfully and effectively Supportive, great wfh benefits Finally offers permanent remote work flexibility

Cons

Lots of experienced management and agents make advancement extremely difficult. I realize it’s not an easy problem to tackle it’s just not very motivating sometimes

Pros

The benefits are unreal. Premiums are 100% covered for medical, dental, and vision for you and any dependents. Fantastic time off program and great company culture. Parental leave is generous along with 401k matching up to 4k in a year.
