- culture is second to none
- my manager is amazingly competent, helpful, fun - and I’ve had terrible experiences with previous managers
- the product is by far the best one I’ve worked with in my 5 years of professional experiences
- the tone of all meetings are fun and not like the normal robot drone tone I’ve become accustomed to in previous companies
- good salary and benefits
- Salesforce acquisition opened up our total addressable market
Cons
- Salesforce “harmonization” still in process (ie 2 different Okta’s, Highspots just merged)
- Salesforce AE’s don’t really know what we do yet because SF didn’t set up/ use Slack well, which makes it hard to break into their pipeline
- overwhelming with all the Slack channels and so much content (but also a good thing)
