      Lean company, even though we are established, for the amount of work we do. We need more employees! But, everyone is always willing to go all in because we are supported very well.

      Selfish environment that is superficial. Only a small percentage does real work and carries a lot of every paid employees who can’t get a job anywhere else

      Pros

      Snap has the most incredible benefits. In the spring of 2018 I went out on Maternity leave and I felt so taken care of! Snap not only offered a free SNOO, but they provided on demand medical services through Maven where I could call any type of physician from home in matter of minutes. The health care options at Snap are top notch and they really care for you as if you are family. I was so fortunate to experience a pregnancy and maternity leave while at Snap.

      None, Snap is a wonderful place to work. I couldn't be happier to return as a new mom!
