      Pros

      Culture is fun and chill but also serious. Good incentives but they're not easy to get People are nice and positive. Good vibe most times.

      Cons

      Bad decisions from leadership Leadership should do better job at keeping morale high Very political, you gotta make sure you're networking, making friends and are likeable. They do people dirty more than I would like. I get that a business has to make tough decisions but sometimes it seems unnecessary or they don't provide the rest of the employees a good reason why. Not good at being straight up, very passive aggressive. It's an LA mentality but in NYC it doesn't translate well.

      Overall great experience. Very interested in your career development and provide formal and informal opportunities to interact with cross functional teams.
