Pros

People are amazing! The culture across all offices is welcoming and supportive.

Cons

Leadership's communication leaves much to be desired, often leaving employees to rely on rumours or office gossip to stay informed. Recent layoffs within the company have been mishandled, resulting in insufficient support for mental health and a decrease in morale. Despite these challenges, the CEO and senior executives remain focused on Snap's potential to compete with TikTok and Meta. However, it must be acknowledged that the product and technology have significant flaws. Instead of investing in improving the advertising platform and rectifying these issues, which are pivotal in driving 95% of the company's revenue, the CEO prioritises funding a small yellow drone with a mere two-minute battery life. Additionally, Snap creators are compensated more generously than those on other platforms, possibly to create a false sense of community or activity.
