      Just the pay but you'll never see any of it, it either tanks after every earnings or you'll get laid off in their quarterly layoffs.

      Pros

      Best people I have ever worked with in my life, kind, funny, smart, understanding, excellent vibes. Excellent compensation IF you make a LEAD position. Non-leads have to fight for OT authorization. Excellent benefits if you have time to use them between 9 hours of meetings a day.

      Cons

      Very disorganized, communication is all over the place which lets some teams move very fast within their pocket but very slow when interfacing with others outside of their department. Poor communication for goals from upper levels, CEO straight up lying about RTO procedures, misdirection of whole departments. Lots of capability with extremely poor leadership. Backwards logic in quite a few cases.
