      UK engs getting redundant is ridiculous

      London office is great, good food, coffee from barista, good snacks, gym is ok, shower room is pretty awesome

      Cons

      Incompetent leaders Irrational decision from leaders - getting rid of the whole department is a huge mistake as they are revenue genertating department No empathy towards employees Huge communication costs due to time zone issue since most of engs are based on US and they dont care whether we are in London or not Leaders don't seem to care about growing engs in London Product is shrinking
