      Over paid, offer a lot of equity

      Cons

      Unorganized, changing business priorities ever month, very political, quiet lay-offs every quarter, the stock price remains so low. They say they're "kind, smart, and creative" but I've never worked with a group who was more cold, self-serving, directionless, or stuck in it's past brand voice that can't evolve. I'm not sure how this company is going to survive.
