Pros

Good pay and benefit. Most people are kind. Lots of things to learn because there are too many problems to solve

Cons

Many orgs are extremely territorial. Executives' leadership and vision are questionable. Company's financial performance sucks because of the poor senior leadership.

Pros

- Food stipend is a nice perk - AR activations are truly cool - The pay is solid

Cons

- There is close to 0 consistency across teams in the sales organization - Evan said remote would be a promise, but he woke up and decided we all have to be back 4 days per week - It's woke - Processes are overly-cumbersome, and inconsistent across teams - Every 2 to 3 months it feels like leadership decides on a new direction - The ad products are simply not that great, and everyone knows it
