      Pros

      People are all amazing, hardworking people that motivate each other and we have a great work culture. Manager is always supportive of my work life balance. I have not had the desire to leave for over 5+ years.

      Cons

      I don't love the performance evaluation methods as it feels like we are forced to compete with each other to receive a meets or above.

      Pay and benefits are pretty strong and coworkers are great, that's about it

      Cons

      The ad platform and performance is continuing to struggle with higher quotas despite the platforms inability to deliver advertiser spend at all, let alone efficiently.
