      Good pay, great benefits including generous fertility support and varied projects.

      Cons

      A very toxic environment. There’s a real culture of mean girls with people faking niceness to get ahead and a lot of corporate backstabbing. The CEO makes snap decisions without sound boarding with staff and seems out of touch with the companies audience base. Huge investment is made in areas of the business and then dismantled within months. Managers operate as a dictatorship with no structure, process or support of their teams.
