      Good pay, benefits and treatment but not much room for growth

      Pros

      They pay well and have good benefits and perks. Good insurance, free meals everyday, discounted gym memberships, $60 per week for any food related costs, etc. Overall good treatment.

      Cons

      Can be a dead-end for some roles. I have not been able to grow much at all in my role and it doesn't seem like there's anywhere for me to go here. I have heard similar complaints about other creative/design roles. Especially for younger people I would say it's good to make some money and then move on.
