Some of the smartest, kindest and most talented people I've ever worked with. People really work together well as a team. The benefits are very generous.

Cons

Leadership. The executives lack long term vision and dismiss opinions and input from others. They pretend to be transparent but it's all a facade. And they're unable to admit mistakes.
