      The people are great and opportunity to learn alot

      Higher leadership seems to make changes then a few months later if it's not working to what they need they lay off or scrap the plan without giving enough time to actually see results

      Pros

      Snap's work community is probably one of the best I've worked at. Most of the people that work here are so kind and always willing to help. Of course there are those people who kind of make things unpleasant but its very rare.

      Cons

      Promotions don't come often and take entirely too long. A lot people work outside of their job description and do not get compensated.
