      -actual internal mobility and paths to growth -high performers really do get awarded -everyone is truly kind, smart, creative and so genuine/easy to work with -flexibility, pick your schedule and what works for you -not forcing anyone back into the office

      -very busy all the time -have to manage a lot of ambiguity and learn on your own to stay afloat

      Pros

      Lots of options to make an impact quickly. Company is still fairly young; so, there is a little less red-tape The offer great compensation and stock options. You will work with some really smart people.

      Cons

      The CEO is quite young and leads with a confidence accessible only to the inexperienced. They have a lot of cross pollination from Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. This mix of experience from other big tech companies with strong internal cultures has lead to some infighting.
