      Amazing benefits and pay, and everyone is very nice and smart. Great place to grow in your career and there are lots of opportunities to grow your skills.

      Cons

      Did not happen to me, but I watched many sellers that deserved a promotion not receive one time and time again until they eventually left the company. I'm not sure about their situation, but was told favoritism was definitely at play, yet they were already over extending themselves in order to have visibility across the team. For promotions - be sure to be tracking your own progress and come ready with receipts for your promo.
