Business Outlook
Pros
- Fellow employees are nice, it's an international company so it's always cool to meet/visit people from other countries - Benefits are cool, like catering and other benefits - You kind of get to see what it's like to work in a big company
Cons
- The company is not doing that good, so any "new projects" are doomed to be suddenly dropped in favor of the core business - You have to accept that management tries to portray a good image of themselves with nice words, but they will lay entire offices off without even blinking. - Any stock-based compensation is essentially useless as the stock price is low, and stocks vest after at least 2 years, so you are "rewarded" but then you lose them if and when you are laid off.
